PROJECT GOAL

Re-design existing job search flow in order to elevate subscribers engagement with jobs hunting experience in our products.

RESEARCH BASELINE

We identified areas which are working and which need improvement in the existing areas. We compared our experience with other job boards and set the new key task flows included: job searching, resume customizers and create an auto cover letter. 10 remote user testing is being done and concludes our finds and design to the product team. According to the research, we found out that users are not confident and not engage with our features on the job board. They are not satisfied with the search filter and how to refine the search in order t match their needs.

EXISTING DESIGN/EXPERIENCE

Due to the limitation of the existing widgets and functions, we do not have control over these functions and major key flow.

USER FLOW

In this project, the key focus in the re-designing is to improve the desktop experience in order to create high engagement for users. At the same time tablet and mobile, experiences are also created. However, mobile users will have constraints that they cannot access to their resume from their phone. Separate user flows are created for desktop and responsive devices for both free and subscribed users.
